The 2 major stakeholders in my issue are the women athletes and the media, but there are also the male athletes, and the fans..  The women athletes have the media coverage on their events, even though there is not much coverage on their events on the first place.  The main reason these stereotypes are created is because of the media coverage so maybe the less the better? Maybe.  The other huge stakeholder is the media.  They have the decision of either televising women events, which could in turn create these stereotypes.  Or else they could choose not to cover those sports which would create a huge controversy with the women athletes.  Overall, the women would like to be televised because it shows that people care about what they are doing.  This is the main conflict in my issue, and if I elaborate it could become a section of my essay, which I am considering on adding!
