Ruzich uses many different sources to support her claim but also to give background to even the history of coffee, which does not even deal with Starbucks. She uses 29 different sources, and even though it is a relatively short paper. I noticed that all of these sources have a purpose, and make her paper more effective. I like the way she used inquiry, and really made a connection between all of her sources so that the reader could not really question anything. It was very clear, and I think thats what I learned from this essay the most. The writer needs to make sure that everything is accounted for so that the point they are trying to make is as clear as possible, and makes sense to the reader. Her sources do a number of things, from just facts and statistics to supporting how Starbucks is so successful in their marketing campaign.
